We are there for you from ordering the title, reviewing it for any issues, underwriting then issuing your title policy. We underwrite and insure with the best title insurance carrier (Fidelity National Title Insurance). We work side by side with your lender and/or realtors to make sure you have the very best Home buying experience.
Settlement Services
At Blue Ridge Title Services, we know buying or refinancing a home can be stressful ,so we take the worry out of the process. We are with you from the time you sign your contract or application until we get to the table to sign. We like to think of you as family, not just another client. So we go above and beyond to make the process as painless and stress free as possible.
America's Hero's
Blue Ridge Title Services works with many Homes for Hero's agents and Brokers to ensure the men and women serving our Country, get the care and support they need when closing on their new or Refinance their current home. Not only our men and women of the armed forces, but all of America's hero's, Doctors, nurses, teachers, Police, Firefighters just to name a few.

April has been in this industry for about six years. She started with Integrity Title then helped to open a second office for Covenant Real Estate Services in June of 2016. In December of 2019 Covenant decided to close their office here in Lynchburg and that's what led to Lisa and April opening Blue Ridge Title Services, LLC. They were't ready to let go of the relationships they've formed over the years and really enjoy serving their community with their Knowledge and expertise in this industry.
